Corn Chat

CornChat

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh corn kernels or frozen kernels
2-3 green chillies
4-5 curry leaves
2tbs grated coconut
1tbs urad dal
1tbs oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1tsp lemon juice
pinch of hing
Method:
1) Heat the oil in the pan put oil,urad dal.musteard seeds,green chillies,curryleaves, pinch of hing.
2) Add the corn kernels to this seasoning and cook for 3-4 minutes and add salt and lemon juice.
3) garnish with grated coconut ..and serve hot .
