

Ingredients :
1 ciabatta bread /any Italian bread halved lengthwise
1 tomato cut in to slices
1 onion cut in to slices
3-4 slices mozzarella cheese
2 tbs sun dried tomato pesto
2tbs Italian dressing or Olive Oil
Alfalfa sprout for garnishing (Optional)
you will need Panini maker or sandwich maker
Method
1)Preheat the Panini maker and drizzle the Italian dressing or olive oil on both sides of the bread.
2)On the bottom halves Spread the Sun dried tomato pesto,then layer the onion slices,tomato slices,and mozzarella cheese slices .Then put another halve bread on the top and press it for 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.Garnish with alfalfa sprout .Serve hot Enjoy!
