Gobi Musallam

Ingredient's :

1cup gobi /cauliflower

1large onion

1 cup tomato puree

1/4 cup of milk

1 tsp red chilly powder

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

4-5 cashew nuts

1tsp garam masala powder

1tsp turmeric powder

1tsp panner grated

1 1/2 tsp coriander seeds

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 cinanmon stick

3-4 cloves

2 green chillies

Method:

1) In a pan dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garam masala whole (Cinnamon +cloves) & cashew grind the mixture together to make a fine paste.

2) Take cauliflower pieces and bring to boil along with some salt , when it is half done, remove from water and fry the cauliflower pieces till it becomes little brown .Keep it aside .

3)Take a pan , pour oil and ginger garlic paste, masala paste(1) and onion. Fry till oil is separated add turmeric powder, garam masala powder & chilly powder.Then add tomato puree add water if required. Add salt and reduce the flame, keep stirring to get the thick gravy.

4) Then add milk and cauliflower pieces, bring it to boil for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot with Roti/chapati with grated panner and rasins on the top. enjoy :)
