

Ingredients :
3 cups pineapple chunks
1 1/2 cups sugar
1tsp pepper powder

Method:
1) Heat the heavy bottom pan and put the pineapple chunks and sugar .Stir until sugar dissolves.2) Stir it constantly untill jam thickens about 25 minutes.
3)Then add pepper powder and mix it well .Cool it and pour it in to jar and seal it .Enjoi with dosa/bread of your choice !!!:D
