Cauliflower(Gobi) Manchurian

Ingredients:

2 cups cauliflower (gobi) half boiled
1/2 cup rice flour
2tsp all purpose flour (maida)
1tsp corn flour
1inch ginger finely chopped
3-4 garlics nicely chopped
1/4 cup spring onion nicely chopped
1/2 tsp azina moto (Optional)
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
2tbs sweet and sour sauce
1tbs green chilly sauce
2tbs soya sauce
1/2 bunch coriander leaves nicely chopped
cabbage for garnishing(optional)
oil to deep fry
salt to taste

Method:
1)Cut the gobi (cauliflower)and half boil this adding little water then keep aside .
2) Make thick batter using rice flour,salt ,maida and corn flour,red chilly powder and azina moto (Optional).keep it aside .
3)Put all the gobi in to batter bowl and mix it well,then fry this till it turns golden brown!Put it in the paper towel to drain off the excess oil.
4) Take a pan add little oil,then fry the chopped ginger ,garlic,chillies, and spring onions,when it becomes little soft,add capsicum and fry again.
5)Then add azinamoto,soya sauce,tomato sauce,sweet and sour sauce ,coriander leaves .Then add the fried gobi to this .
6) Garnish with the cabbage and coriander leaves on the top and serve immediately .Enjoi ..:)
