


Ingredients :
1 cup capsicum chopped(I have used 3 different color capsicum ) .
4 tbs besan
1/2 tsp chilli powder
3-4 green chillies
1tsp coriander and cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp mustard seeds
1tsp cumin seeds
3-4 curry leaves
Pinch of hing
salt to taste
Method :
1)Heat the oil then add all the seasning ingredients like ..Mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves and green chillies ..Then add pinch of hing and turmeric powder .
2) Then add chopped bell pepper fry this for 10 minutes till the bell pepper becomes little softer .Then add coriander, cumin powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt to Ur taste .
3)Then sprinkle the besan and fry this for 4-5 minutes ..If required add little oil .
4) When the besan turns little brown ..switch of the gas and serve hot ..with chapathi .:) Enjoi .
