  30. Hi,
I tried this recipe today.Instead of adding 1 stick butter, i added 1/2 cup ghee..since 1 stick = 1/2 cup butter. The flour completely absorbed the ghee and formed a nice dough. When i made the murukus and put them in hot oil, they just melted and vanished. What did i do wrong? Could using ghee have caused the problem? How did u add butter? Did u first melt it? How big is your cup when you say 1 cup rice flour? Please clarify my doubts.ThanksPB.
